This evening during our weekly maintenance window we will be performing maintenance on our core firewall cluster, which will be rebooted. This will cause an outage of up to 15min (although shorter is anticipated) during the above window. This will impact two of our services:
APPSPOINT customers will be offline during this outage. Any existing sessions will disconnect, and users will need to reconnect following the maintenance..
COMMSPOINT UCaaS telephony handsets that connect via a 6YS Managed Private Network link will disconnect during the reboot and will automatically reconnect afterwards. Any calls in progress on the affected handsets will be interrupted. Note that off-net handsets that connect over the Internet will not be affected
